Smartpath is experienced in deploying asset Discovery and management software, services and solutions. The snap-shot audit service provides customers with detailed software (and can include Hardware) inventory information for all computers and servers deployed on corporate network.

Smartpath SAM Services provides selected network-based inventory-tracking tools that the consultancy has experience with. Agent or agentless tools are selected based on the needs of the customer. However, Smartpath's IT inventory tools are selected for their ability to provide the required information that will quickly contribute to a compliant position and for their small network footprints. This allows scans of all computers to be completed without any impact of the speed of the network.

Our Snap-Shot service discovers all connected network devices - PCs, servers, switches, routers, printers, faxes etc.

• Audits Servers and PCs whether they are on the LAN, WAN or remote
• Dynamically recognises all software found on the network and collects software usage information
• Provides extended compliance management data in the form of software installation data, license management data and full application usage records by software title or user.
• Returns any available NetBIOS and/or SNMP data (where devices are SNMP enabled) from all discovered devices.
